A superb quality vintage replica of the 18th Century Flintlock Dragoon or Cavalry pistol. It has a carved walnut stock with heavy gauge brass fittings in the way of but cap, trigger guard ramrod tube etc. it has a very good working steel lock, which, half and full cocks and has a good snapping dry fire. It has a steel cannon type barrel which is 12 inches long. There is no firing hole in the barrel, so it is totally inert. A beautifully made piece which measures 19.5 inches long.
