WW2 Era St Johns Ambulance Badge and Year Service Bars

A WW2 Era Copper coloured badge for the St Johns Ambulance service with year bars for 1941/42/43/45/46 and issued to 485698 William P. Tingley. The 1941 year bar is copper and the rest are in brass. Comes in very good condition just a mark on the front of the 1942 bar.
