This particular weapon was one of the most important pieces of the conflict that supposedly made up almost 40% of the ordnance of the artillery. It was widely admired for its safety, reliability and efficiency particularly in short ranges. A lovely edition to the cabinet or desk in mint condition and boxed and measuring 7 inches long.
