Vintage Girls Life Brigade Good Service Medal

The Girls Life Brigade later the Girls Brigade first came into being in England in 1902 having been started in Ireland in 1893, Scotland came in 1900 and during the 1960’s the various services were amalgamated, this style of medal was awarded in the earlier years for good service, it is un named and comes in very good condition with a bit of dirt on the ribbon.
