Vintage Tank Periscope Possibly Russian

This is the top section of a tank periscope, the closest comparison I can find is for a cold war era Russian tank, it is heavy and solid with its mirrors in place, it measures 4.25 inches long and comes in good condition with some signs of wear and use.
