WW2 Era Military Marked Medical Supplies Tin with Contents

This black tin box has been hand painted to the top in white with a red tape medical cross added, below this is the broad arrow mark, inside are some original supplies including a boxed Sangers ltd record syringe, a tin of Thackray’s imperial hypodermic needles, a 1943 field dressing and various scalpels, all come in good order for their age, the tin has some paint loss and a dent top left, it measures 9.25 x 6 inches.
