Scarce Python Patented Percussion Capper

A Python Patented size 2 straight line Percussion Capper. An over engineered fast loading capper that holds a large quantity of caps and you push the handle to expel the caps. It has a thick wire catch at the end to hold the spring while loading the caps. The handle folds for carrying, probably for target of game shooting. It measures 12 inches long.
