WW2 Era 1942 Dated United States 48 Stars and Stripes Linen Flag

The United States had 48 stars on their flag from 1912 to 1959, this flag is clearly dated for 1942 and carries the symbol for the Infantry and is also marked ‘Boston Massachusetts’. The quality is superb with each linen panel being sewn as are the stars, it measures 60 inches long x 32 2ide and comes in very good condition, there is a little bleeding of the red colour in places but otherwise sound and free of holes.
