Scarce WW2 Era 1939 Dated NSDAP Letter to a Newspaper

This document is original correspondence from the National Socialist German Workers Party at Dessau, it is directed to a local newspaper ‘requesting’ that the contained report on the youth service activities be printed in the newspaper, photographs accompanied the letter (these are not present) and if these were not used they were to be returned, it concludes ‘Heil Hitler’. A4 size it comes in good condition, has been folded.
