Scarce WW2 German Kriegsmarine Pith Helmet Eagle.

A rare WW2 large gilt metal eagle worn by the German navy on the pith or tropical helmet. This one is in very good used condition, wear to the gilt wash in places and small area of Verdigris between one wing and on tip of beak. The back has some light Verdigris and is missing one of its brass prongs. It measures around 4.25 inches (108mm) wide.
