FN 49 Short Knife Bayonet.

A Knife Bayonet used on the 1949 pattern Fabrique Nationale (FN) self-loading rifle. This is a super example in very good used condition. It has marking on the pommel, mainly numbers but one set reads SA30 which would suggest this bayonet was used on a 30 calibre semi-automatic.
These bayonets were used by Belgium, Egypt, Argentina etc. It comes in its original steel scabbard and measures 15 inches long.
