The Order of the Badge of Honour, a solid sterling silver and enamel medal was a civilian state award of the Soviet Union established on November 25th 1935 to recognize outstanding achievements in production, scientific research, and social or cultural activities. This one is in excellent condition and has the Moscow mint mark and has the engraved issue number of 1387655.
Comes on its original ribbon suspender bar.
