WW2 2nd Pattern Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knife.

WW2 era 2nd pattern Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knife / dagger with solid bronze knurled grip and button type screw pommel which was originally blackened. It has a blackened cross guard and a good steel blade with no ricasso, some light staining and signs of blacking at the base. No marks whatsoever on this knife and it has signs of use. It comes in its original scabbard, but unfortunately this has had its top half cut off, purpose unknown. Still a very attractive original wartime issue in nice order, measuring12.75 inches long.
