WW1 German Grenade Morter Kleine Granatenwerfer.

A WW1 German Kleine Granatenwerfer or Gr.W.16 infantry mortar of Austro-Hungarian design. It was in fact designed by a Austro-Hungarian priest named Father Vécer and so nicknamed ‘Priesterwerfers’. It was produced for the German army from 1916. It was mainly fired from pits near the front line and the high angle of projection was able to penetrate enemy troops in dug-in positions.
This one is in excellent condition, inert and totally safe.
