WW1 German Trench Snipers Shield

WW1 German solid steel sniper shield with peephole and cover and easel stand. This one was originally battlefield found and has some battle damage, probably hit by a shell, these were incredibly effective piece of defensive kit and would stop bullets and shrapnel. It has been over painted at some time to preserve it.
