Pair of 19thC Cavalry Officers Wellington Boots with Spurs

A good pair of Victorian era black leather Wellington cavalry officers boots, these were made by the famous company ‘Peal & Co of Oxford street London’ and they carry the Royal arms, this is marked on the inside of the boot. Constructed with a stacked leather sole with brass spurs fitted. For their age they are in very good condition, there is wear to the leather which could do with a good feed, both have the same fault, the leather has opened where it was stitched between the shiny bottom section and the textured middle section, roughly an inch long.
