Antique Shashka Type Primitive Sabre.

This is a bit of a head scratcher for me, not sure of origin. The hilt thick scales each side of the tang, these are made from, what looks like horn or could be very old, stacked leather. It has a long and broad curved blade with a shallow fuller on bother sides. It has the style of an early Caucasian Shashka and it is marked on the ricasso area, please see pictures. A very interesting sword which shows great age. It measures 32 inches long.
