A framed German medal pair of the War Merit medal and the German Eastern Front medal with original death card and photographs relating to Obergefreiter (Lance Corporal) Alois Bulach who was born in Hechingen a town in central Baden-Württemberg, Germany 29th June 1913. He was killed in action on the 24th December 1941in Gshatsk, Russia. This was a small town on the main road to Moscow. This area saw heavy fighting during the Soviet counter attack in late 1941 and early 1942.
Both medals look totally genuine, and the faming must have been done more than 50 years ago. The back is sealed and has never been opened and obviously comes with my personal guarantee of authenticity.
The frame measures 9.5 x 13 inches and it is ready to hang.
