WW2 German War Merit Medal.

A WW2 German War Merit Medal or Kriegsverdienstmedaille was awarded to recognize outstanding service by civilians in relation to the war effort. It was instituted on 19th August 1940 and was awarded only to Germans and non-German’s men and women civilians and those of the Civil Defense.
This one comes in very good condition, and it comes on its original ribbon.  read more

White metal stick pin with the initials DJK for the German Youth Power Sports Association.
The DJK was established in Würzburg in 1920 under the leadership of Monsignor Carl Mostert and was active nationally until 1933 and the rise to power of the Nazis. 1930’s German Inner Mission Pin.

A light white metal pin for the German Inner Mission. This was one of several charitable organizations in Germany before the Nazis came to power and was of great help to veterans of the Franco-Prussian war and WW1.
In very good original condition with some wear to the surface, measuring 1.5 inches long.  read more

Gilt and black enamelled membership pin of the Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge or German War Graves Commission. This one probably dates from the 1920’s 30’s and comes in very good condition. 2.5 inches long.  read more

Pair of WW1 Era Leather Gaiters

Coming in all original condition this pair of leather gaiters date from the WW1 era, they have their leather straps at the top but have different ways of strapping together. They come in fair condition with obvious signs of use and wear and the leather straps are split and repaired in places, a decent size they would fit a small to medium leg.  read more
