Over 8,000 were issued in the early stages of the war rising to 25,000 later on. Vintage Sterling Silver Scottish Clan Brooch

Victorian Brass Iron Trivet.

A lovely old Victorian solid brass Iron trivet, pierced with a design of a fox and tree. You would put your iron on the fire to heat before ironing your clothes, when iron was hot and not in used it would be put on the trivet, also used to cool down the iron. To think ever house had one.
