Superb WW1 German Trench Art Shell 1915
This well decorated shell case is full of marks on the base, it is clearly dated for
1915 and originated from a 7.7cm field canon, it was manufactured in Karlsruhe and has inspection marks and lot number etc amongst others on the base.

Issued in 1899 and was probably still current at the outbreak of the war, this A5 size booklet is a German army uniform regulations booklet, I would imagine it is very strict in its instruction of what and how uniform should be worn.
