Rare Vietnam War Era Thailand Boonie Slouch Hat

A great period example of a Boonie slouch hat with Thailand Korat sewn on cloth patches, Korat or Nakhon Ratchasima is Thailand's largest province, constructed with khaki ribbed cotton with a vinyl sweatband and push stud side snaps, inside it has a number 8 for the size and in the bottom a suggestion of a name possibly Elan or similar. The hat shows signs of use with some staining on the top and sides.
