WW1 era Dulwich and District Defence League Cap Badge.
WW1 cap badge for the Dulwich and District Defence League, chemically darked bronze. Part of the Volunteer force 1914-19 the formation of the Dulwich Defence League was announced soon after war was declared. It was a kind of First World War Home Guard although many of its members would later transfer into the regular army. This is a superb example in perfect condition.

Victorian 4th Regiment of Foot Glengarry Badge.
The all-brass glengarry badge of the 4th Kings Own Royal Regiment of foot issued from 1874 to 1871. This one is in excellent condition for its age with a nice mellow tone, but it does show signs of wear and use.
