Scarce 4th & 5th Btn Gloucestershire Officers Badge
A scarce WW1 era 4th and 5th territorial battalion Gloucestershire regiment solid bronze officer’s badge. It would have had two blade type folding fasteners on the back, but these proved to be unreliable, and, in this case, they have been replaced with lugs. Old but untidy refitting. Apart from that it is in excellent original condition.

He was raised by his father William who worked as a Railway Porter at the local station. Life for the working cl... read more
