A very nice example of a German workers day badge, in this instance the 1st May 1936, it is made from a lightweigh white metal and is clearly marked on the back for Paulmann & Crone Ludenscheid, it measures just over 1.25 in diameter and comes complete with its pin.  read more

A vintage to WW2 era German Red Cross helpers donation badge, constructed from plastic with original pin on back, above and below the red cross is ‘helft uns helfen!’ which translates as ‘help us help’. It measures just over .75 of an inch long and comes in fair condition with some minor edge damage and surface scuffs.  read more

Circa 1913 German Tinny Stick Pin 700 year Commemoration

An unusual tinny pin badge the like of which I cant find another example, it is a 700 year commemoration of the German town of Freudenthal, it carries the dates of 1213 to 1913 and centres around trade and industry, there are other possible dates and text to the front, it measures 1.75 long and comes in very good condition for its age.  read more

Vintage Pre WW2 German DHV Trade Union Pin Badge

A very nice example of the DHV Deutschnationaler Handlungsgehilfen-Verband pin badge, this was an organisation that covered the welfare of the German commercial employees but was also a nationalist and antisemitic group. It is maker marked to the back with E.S Carl Wild Hamburg, it measures just over 2 inches long and comes in very good condition.  read more

1920’s/30’s Young German Order Stick Pin

A simple looking enamelled stick pin with an interesting history, it was worn by a member of the Young German Order or Jungdeutscher orden, they were a nationalist and antisemitic association emerging from the 1920’s and ultimately being banned by the Nazi regime in 1933. A nice quality German pin badge probably dating from the pre WW2 era, to the front it has the German eagle with Deutscher Schutzenbund Luftgewehr, ‘German shooting federation’ and air rifle and a shooting target to the middle.
